NEW GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
From may the 25th 2018 onwards it will start to be applied the New General Data Protection Regulation for the protection of personal data – Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016, which establishes new rules for the protection, treatment and free movement of individual personal data, and applies directly to all entities responsible for the treatment of these data, in any Member State of the European Union, including Portugal.
The purpose of this post is to let you to know the new rules applicable to the processing of your personal data, the rights you have, as well as to inform you of how you can manage, on a direct and simply way, the respective consents.
Under and for the purposes of the service that we provide you, ALTAFIDE-Lda, owner of the
Altafidelidade.pt domain, is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data and to ensure the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the law and the new Regulation.

Our records include data that were obtained along the contractual relationship you established with us and, as a result of the various interactions performed with Altafidelidade.pt.
If you want to keep your data and information that Altafidelidade.pt, has registered, you won't have to do anything.
Besides the situations in which we are urged to treat data for fulfilment of legal constraints, we treat your data for the following purposes:
• Provision of services - Whenever necessary, to provide our services, we treat your personal information.
• Marketing purposes - Your personal data may be processed for marketing work or disseminating offers of goods or services of Altafidelidade.pt, and other Altafide-Lda group companies, in case you have authorized it. These communications are intended to give you to know news, promotions, campaigns, and other opportunities that you may benefict.
Altafide-Lda, will keep your personal information for the necessary duration, for the provision of services, like billing and in compliance with the legal obligations.
Your personal data may be communicated to Altafide-Lda service providers, for the fulfilment of those services, and to judicial and regulatory authorities, with the purpose of fulfilling with any legal impositions from their side.
At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, via your login on the website, as well as, within the limits of the contractualised and of the Regulation, to change, or oppose to the respective treatment, decide about the automated treatment of the same, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided by law (except for the data that is essential for the provision of services by Altafide-Lda, therefore required, or to comply with legal obligations to which Altafide-Lda is subject). In case you remove your consent, it does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing done until that date. You have the right to be notified, as referred in the Regulation, in the event of a breach of your personal data and may submit complaints to the respective authority.
We guarantee all the rights enshrined in the Regulation. For that, you can quick and securely keep access, comfortably, via your client area at Altafidelidade.pt.
We are committed to the protection and confidentiality of your personal data. We have taken the technical and organisational measures necessary for compliance with the regulation, ensuring that the processing of personal data is lawful, fair, transparent and limited to authorised purposes. We have adopted what we consider appropriate measures to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, as well as all other rights.
However, if you wish to remove your personal data from our databases, you just need to send us an email to the address mentioned above and we will remove it immediately.
